Kyle is passionate about all things IP and the future of technology. After graduating with BCom Law and LLB degrees, Kyle also completed his LLM by thesis, appropriately titled: The Legal Nexus between AI-Generated Creations and Intellectual Property in South Africa. His thesis focused on the future of AI technology and its impact on the world of IP.

Professionally, Kyle is particularly fond of trade mark prosecution and brand management, using his commercial background and legal knowledge to offer advice on future-proofing the brand of your business.
